
This wine is gold yellow and its fizzing is very subtle. The nose is open with hazelnut, brioche and roasted fruits (pineapple, lemon) aromas. In the mouth the wine has a very nice volume and the effervescence is fine. A light acidity is constant from the beginning to the final of the mouth. This wine is complex and rich, with a unique personality.
It will go perfectly festive moments (starter to dessert), white meats with sauce, sea fish and cheeses.
Serve with a scallop casserole dish, with creamy truffle sauce.
