This sparkling wine has a pale yellow colour. The effervescence is well present in the glass with a good quantity of bubbles. ts nose is light on aromas of fresh white fruits like,pear; we also notice a few light notes of butter and hazelnuts. On tasting, Champerlant is a balance between freshness and softness. The bubbles are present and pleasant.
