L’Alto is straw yellow and has a beautiful shine. The nose is open and we notice the spicy aromas (vanilla, cinnamon) of this wine combined with the aromas of ripe white ruits like peach.On tasting L’alto has a beautiful volume in the mouth and some light and delicate oak notes. This wine has a beautiful long finish on spicy notes.
It will go perfectly with grilled fish, a foie gras or a cheese (comté, beaufort)
serve with prawns (marinated with lemon and hot pepper) grilled on a plancha
Alcoholic fermentation between 2 and 3 weeks in oak barrels of 300 Litres
Ageing in barrels for 18 months
Ageing in bottles for 4 months
