L’Alto is straw yellow. The nose is open and we notice the spicy aromas (vanilla, cinnamon) of this wine combined with the aromas of ripe white ruits like roasted pineapple. On tasting L’alto has a beautiful volume in the mouth and some light and delicate oak notes. This wine has a beautiful long finish on spicy notes (saffron).
It will go perfectly with grilled fish, a foie gras or a cheese (comté, beaufort)
serve with prawns (marinated with lemon and hot pepper) grilled on a plancha
