The sparkling rosé is pale pink and has a few red reflections. For the main aroma, we find mostly milky strawberry and raspberry. The mouth stays on acidic red berry aromas which bring back freshness to the aromatic and to the lslight sweetness present. We can also notice the beautiful effervescence of the wine.
